| The details of the resurrection story have
been told many times and in many different ways. Each Gospel writer chronicled
varied incidents and circumstances relating to this historic occasion,
some in more detail than others, but together they tell of the importance
of this moment in the lives of men.
Despite the fact that men have devised a multitude of theories denying the reality of the resurrection, every believer trusts the accuracy of the Biblical pronouncement that early on the first day of the week, Christ rose from the dead in triumph over both death and the grave. The three statements of the Angel to the Marys in Matthew 28 should serve as an encouraging reminder to all who love God.
