| Have you ever enjoyed something so much that you
wanted more? There are some things in life that are so good that
we just want more of them. We can't get enough, no matter how we try. These
are the good things in life, the pleasant moments, the wonderful experiences
and the grand times that seem too short. If it is an event the time flies
quickly. If it is a consumable, it is gone before we even notice it. Vacations
seem to end before they begin; honeymoons are too short; and a visit with
a good friend flashes by so fast that we lose track of the time. Our natural
tendency is to try to get all we can while we can; to milk the moment for
everything we can get from it while the opportunity exists.
